Consommé Magazine was created in order to provide a clear and transparent look into the food world, without losing any of its flavour. Like its namesake, Consommé promises to deliver on satisfying your palate by providing you with tantalising recipes, bite-sized tutorials, a whole menu of interviews and features with the names that matter in the industry as well as giving a voice to those that need it most.
Created by ex-chef turned food journalist Amanda Bootes, along with her team of chefs, food experts and journalists - Consommé is able to open the curtain between the customer and company and close the bridge between the two in a complex but palatable way.
