BOOzy Halloween Cocktails You Can Make At Home
It may be a school night, but that’s never stopped us, especially when we have found the most delicious BOOzy cocktails that are scarily easy to make at home, so you can have HallowIN - with no tricks in sight - and be tucked up in bed before lights out. Whether you are using these to pre-drink before heading out or go-all-in if you’re staying in… whatever you decide to do this Halloween, please stay and drink safely. BACARDÍ Petrifying Punch
Combining both their Spiced and Carta Blanca ranges, (now available in Glow In The Dark Bottles!) BACARDÍ have come up with a petrifying punch that packs a punch of toffee apple flavour that will make you go bobbing back for seconds.
125ml BACARDÍ Spiced
125ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca
175ml Chai Tea
300ml Toffee Apple Juice
150ml Lime Juice
100ml Sugar Syrup
Add all the ingredients into a large punch bowl
Fill it with large ice (or a food safe glove filled with water in the freezer)
Mix with a ladle
Serve into rock glasses
Batch in a large vessel and garnish with your favourite Halloween treats.
Pumpkin Old Fashioned
Using Johnnie Walker Black Label as a base, why not as a twist to some ol’ classics this Halloween. Plus this homemade pumpkin spice cordial is a great way to use up all any pumpkin scraps after a night of carving (we do not recommend drinking this while carving!)
50ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
3 x dash Fee’s Cardamom Bitters
10ml Pumpkin Spice Cordial
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, with ice.
Stir for 20 seconds
Strain cocktail into a Rocks glass
Garnish with an orange peel
*Chop and juice pumpkin pieces in a centrifugal juicer (like an apple). If you don’t have a centrifugal juicer, then ensure you use a high-powered blender to blend steamed/boiled pumpkin to a velvety-smooth texture. Otherwise, it will break up when combines with other ingredients. Per 250ml of pumpkin juice, add: 100g sugar, 1 Tsp Mixed Spice (cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, all spice dram), 0.5 Tsp Citric Acid. Stir to dissolve and strain through a cloth.
Toffee Apple Bobbingtini
Using one of our favourite treats, Brothers Cider’s Toffee Apple cider is a brilliant base for a delightful cocktail laced with bourbon, bitters and lemon juice.
50ml Bourbon
50ml Toffee Apple Cider
10ml/1 Dessert Spoon, Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel for Garnish
Add the Bourbon, Toffee Apple Cider, Lemon Juice and Bitters in your glass
Stir will until mixed
Garnish with an Orange Peel twist.
Bramble
A bloody delicious bramble created by No.3 Gin and a touch of Creme de Mure (a rich blackberry liqueur) for a frightenly simple cocktail.
50ml No.3 Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Creme de Mure
Pour all the ingredients apart from the Creme de Mure into a glass and give it a stir
Add crushed ice and pour over the Creme de Mure
Garnish with a lemon twist
Jalapeño Daiquiri
Made from Copalli Rum, a sustainable rum brand and finished with jalapeño, both a trick and a treat to drink.
2oz Copalli White Rum
1/2oz Rich Simple Syrup
1 Jalapeño Slice
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
2oz Copalli White Rum
Lime Wheel and Jalapeño to garnish
Serve all the ingredients in a rocks glass: with 1 large cube
Garnish with lime and a very thin slice of jalapeño

As scary as it is delicious, this cocktail contains Smokehead Original which is packed with sea salt, spice and immense smoke, paired with a fiery ginger beer - a Halloween fave.
50ml Smokehead Original 40%
4 Dashes of Bitters
25ml Lime Cordial
Crushed Ice
Fresh Ginger Beer
Fill up your highball glass with crushed ice
Add Smokehead Original 40%, bitters and lime cordial
Top up with fresh ginger beer
The ‘Bloody’ Orange Negroni
Created by the boo-tiful people over at Alderman’s Drinks with Didsbury Gin - this spooky twist on the classic Negroni is made with Didsbury Blood Orange Gin for that ‘bloody’ Halloween feel.
30ml Didsbury Blood Orange
25ml Sweet Vermouth
20ml Campari
Orange Twist
Fill a glass with ice and all ingredients apart from your orange twist.
Stir for 25-30 seconds before straining into a low-ball glass over ice.
Garnish with your orange twist and enjoy.

30ml Wray and Nephew Ovenproof Rum
30ml Campari
20ml Passionfruit Purée
20ml Vanilla Syrup
10ml Lemon
Half a passionfruit
Prosecco (optional)
Shake all the ingredients together before double straining the ingredients into a coupe glass.
Decorate with a floating passionfruit half and a shot of prosecco (optional)

Add the cranberry juice to a glass with ice.

Silent Pool Halloween Cocktail
Silent Pool have gone all out on this extra special cocktail by utilising their Rare Citrus Gin that uses some of the World’s rarest and most intriguing citrus fruits which is naturally distilled and masterfully blended to give a subtly sweet and enticingly rich spiced flavour which they have paired with a toasted pumpkin seed orgeat.
50ml Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
29ml of Toasted Pumpkin Seed Orgeat (200g of pumpkin seeds + 150g of sugar + 200ml of water)
First make the orgeat: brew the pumpkin seeds and water in a pot over a medium heat for around 15minutes.
Strain the pumpkin seeds out of the water and discard the seeds.
Add the sugar to the water, stir until dissolved then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Transfer into a clean, dry bottle and store in the fridge for up to a month.
Then add all ingredients into a shaker, give it a good shake until it’s all combined, pour and enjoy!
