Prosecco Pimm's Is The Must-Have Summer Drink of 2020 - Here's How To Make It

Want to spruce up your Pimm’s this summer, well we have the recipe for you. Created by Danilo Cortellini, none other than the Head Chef at the Italian Embassy in London (Ooh-La-La) this delicious concoction is the perfect Summer tipple. Made creating Cortellini’s favourite drinks - Prosseco DOC and Pimm’s - this brilliantly inspired drink is the quintessential representation of the perfect ‘get together’ drink. “I’ve taken the Prosecco DOC from the Italians’s and the Pimm’s from the British and combined them with pomegranate juice for the perfect cocktail” and we 100% agree.

Prosecco Pimms

75ml of Prosecco DOC
25ml of Pimm’s
10ml of Pomegranate Juice
A Splash of Soda Water
Pomegranate Seeds to Garnish (optional)
Ice

Method:

1. Fill a large Prosecco glass with ice cubes and add a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds (optional)

2. Pour the Pimm’s and pomegranate juice into the glass and stir well.

3. Add a splash of soda water and Prosecco DOC. Stir gently to avoid losing all the lovely bubbles.
