Don’t miss England vs France in the only head-to-head that matters: The Battle of the Bubbles. Attempting to settle the rivalry once and for all, Bubbly Show by Searcys will conduct a blind taste with a selection of delegate Champagnes and Sparkling Wines from England and France.

Award-winning London artist, Kristjana S Williams has created stunning bespoke landscapes exclusively for Searcys, which will be unveiled at the show. Celebrating the iconic brand’s rich heritage, multiple references to the life of the brand are woven into Kristjana’s artwork, from the Victorian era to the present day. Attend a crash course on ‘Everything you want to know about Champagne’ and learn the science of Champagne
Searcys Head of Champagne Martin Dibben will be joined by renowned British philosopher Professor Barry Smith to share their insight into Champagne. This crash course in all things Bubbly, is sure to answer everything you’ve always wanted to know about Champagne. Professor Barry Smith, who is currently exploring the multisensory nature of perceptual experience, focussing on taste, smell, and flavour, will also offer unique insight into the science behind Champagne, exploring its effects on our senses.
Tickets to The Bubbly Show start from £60 per person, including light bites and ten tasting glasses, with the option to upgrade the experience to include Afternoon Tea, Lunch or Dinner.
