A new creation to come across our desk this year (although created in 2019), is this powerful hot sauce from spirit makers Aloha 65 - known for their delicious spirit that comes with a good kick of spice, the creators wanted to find a way to explore those well-loved flavours more and have created a hot sauce using the ingredients they use in their spirit - bloody genius! Now even though the sauce doesn’t contain the alcohol part of Aloha 65 - it definitely contains the chilli so be careful. Spirit of Aloha 65’s Hot Sauce (£.99, Aloha 65) is carefully blended in small batches using raw ingredients and the love that is poured into every bottle shines through just as it does in its hero product. We love this incredible expansion and can’t wait to see what else they come up with.
