Dough Diaries: Robin Gill

Robin Gill will be joining the newly refurbished The Orange in Belgravia for the entirety of June for their collaborative guest chef series: Dough Diaries. Gill’s inclusion named Pizza Sophia (after the women of Napoli) will include fennel seed sausage, friarielli, ricotta, and chilli oil, finished with shaved pecorino and capers.

You Call The Shots Summer Series: The Prince Arthur’s Joe Couldridge

Highlighting their other Hackney boozer, The Prince Arthur, Joe Couldridge, the current head chef will be taking over the You Call The Shots Summer Series across the opening weekend of The Euros (every game will be played at The Plough) with his dishes including Steak Diablitos and Cheeseburger Dog. These dishes will be Joe’s first test ahead of the You Call The Shots bar opening in September.
