Ixta Belfrage x UK & Irish Mushrooms, Mushroom Boost Menu

Trailblazing chef, Ixta Belfrage (you may recognise her as the Co-Author of FLAVOUR with Ottolenghi) has teamed up with UK & Ireland Mushrooms and Albie’s Restaurant in The Hoxton Southwark’s to launch three limited-edition, immune-boosting dishes highlighting the incredible versatility and benefits of eating mushrooms, especially as the days are getting shorter and our all-important Vit D levels are depleting. Her dishes which include Portobello Mushroom Tacos, Tempura Chestnut Mushrooms and Paccheri Pasta with Mushroom Ragu, are sure to give you a rich umami fuelled experience with added benefits long after you’ve licked the plate clean.

Robin Gill’s Homage to the Big Fromage with Patrick Powell

Patrick Powell will be taking centre stage where he will be cooking Anthony Demetre’s whole stuffed rabbit in homage to his time in the kitchen at Wild Honey, served alongside braised carrot, kale, quince, spin a la mortars pithier and salt and pepper fried rabbit leg. Robin Gill’s Homage to the Big Fromage see’s a guest chef pay homage to a dish, ingredient or chef that inspired their career. Bottle + Rye dishes will also be available on the night, alongside wines and cocktails for an additional fee - all set to a vintage disco vibe.

Kricket’s Game Supper Club with King’s Ginger

Kricket’s Head Chefs are heading to Norfolk for a 2 day shoot at The Fring Estate which has over 1500 acres of land filled with a mix of game and game birds from wild duck to Chinese water deer. The chefs will then head back to London with their bounty to cook a feast for guests featuring dishes like Rabbit Khad Kargosh, Fermented Kashmiri Chilli Butter Sauce and Wild Deer Chitamee, Fried Onions and Ginger. To wash it all down? Berry Bros. and Rudd’s very own The King’s Ginger is partnering with Kricket for the evening to serve up a warming welcome cocktail

Seven Dials Winter Warm Up Festival

The ultimate warm up for the winter season, Seven Dial’s have everything you need to start the festivities. With LED light performers, on-street wreath-making workshop, complimentary cocktails, cocktails and toasted marshmallows. Head to SOLA - the UK’s only Michelin-starred American restaurant for a sumptuous nine-course special menu for Thanksgiving. Each dish plays homage to the traditional dishes, but done with Chef-patron Victor Garvey’s infamous luxury, all while staying true to SOLA’s modern Californian style.
