Hailing from the Rhône region in France, Chef Guillaume Galvez's culinary journey began at the Avignon Hotel School, where he honed his skills and developed a philosophy focused on creativity, durability, and precision. Throughout his illustrious career, Chef Galvez has held prestigious positions at renowned establishments around the world, including the Grand Hyatt in Santiago, Chile, the Conrad Hotel in Bora Bora on Sir Richard Branson's private island, and most recently, the Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands. Now, as Executive Head Chef at Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech, Chef Galvez oversees all culinary operations, infusing each dish with his signature flair and expertise.
